Process Engineer
Own the efficiency, consistency and documentation of our meat and seafood processing operation. You'll map workflows, write and update SOPs, track yield and throughput, and work with the production team to make sure every batch leaves the floor on spec and on time.
- →Map and improve cutting, trimming and packing workflows
- →Write and maintain SOPs, batch records and quality checkpoints
- →Track yield, throughput and giveaway by product line
- →Support HACCP and food-safety compliance on the floor
- →Identify equipment and layout improvements with the production manager
Logistics Manager
Run our Auckland cold-chain delivery operation. You'll plan daily routes, manage the refrigerated fleet and drivers, coordinate warehouse dispatch, and make sure customers receive the right order at the right temperature.
- →Plan and optimise Auckland delivery routes and customer windows
- →Manage refrigerated van maintenance, compliance and scheduling
- →Coordinate dispatch with warehouse and processing teams
- →Track on-time delivery, temperature compliance and fuel costs
- →Build standard operating procedures for drivers and loaders

Gylison is a small Auckland wholesaler with an in-house processing operation and delivery fleet. Days start early, the work is physical, and we look for people who turn up on time, keep the floor clean and do the job properly.
